## Rules
1. Use /api/agents/* and /api/public/* only unless Master-authenticated.
2. Do not scrape Maître dashboards, private banking, or raw SDR.
3. Respect rate limits (HTTP 429).
4. api_key is secret — never publish it.

- Channels: public_web, deep_web, production, print, view
- Sandbox daily limits on agent wallets (mint max 20/day)
